Animals In Care

TVWC takes over 2,500 animals into care each year, everything from marsupial joeys to venomous snakes. It is a real privilege being involved in the rehabilitation of these wonderful animals, but it requires hard work, long hours and dedication. It is also a costly passion.

On these pages you can read first-hand what TVWC carers do and what is involved in the rehabilitation of native animals of all species. We hope that you will want to show your support for these carers and their selfless work when you read about their experiences.

These pages will be updated as new animals come into care, so check them out regularly.
